 We provide a holistic hybrid approach to our individual coaching.  Our focus helping you rediscover your authentic self and build better connections.  Throughout our life certain experiences can throw us off course.  We are here to help you find your way back, and are committed to empowering you to reach your fullest potential.

We believe that to live your fullest and best life sometimes you need a little bit of help to move through what’s holding you back.  Helping you shift limiting beliefs, clear the negative effects of sabotaging patterns and help with management strategies for building resilience and self love, therefore helping you rediscover your authentic self and build better connections to create more wellbeing in your life.

Organisations

We work with teams and individuals within organisations to increase wellbeing and performance and build resilience whilst maintaining balance and productivity.  We  support the wellbeing of your people through our processes, systems and programs.

The synergies both individually and within an organisation are integral to overall performance, success and wellbeing.

We provide consulting, workshops, masterclasses, activities and programs to help you and your team reach your goals.

     

Groups

Group coaching is known for its highly transformative experience as it draws upon the group as a collective for transformation.  We love facilitating group coaching sessions for our clients.

Our group sessions run for 8-12 weeks and are a powerful way to transform, whilst sharing a beautiful intimate space with individuals who have similar experiences.

My Philosophy

After experiencing what many would refer to as a break down, but what I like to call a break through, I embarked on a quest to learn more about human behaviour to understand more about how our past experiences shape who we become, our patterns and what drives us to feel and act a certain way.

More importantly asking the question why do people do what they do with the firm belief that our behaviours are in response to experiences in our lives and often traumatic ones.

Often lifes experiences can take us off the path of who we are, my work helps others to find their way back home to their authentic selves and build better connections, therefore enhancing resilience and wellbeing.

Throughout my journey I have learned that we cannot fit into a one size fits all model, that we are all individual and therefore, when it comes to our journey to reach our fullest potential, we all need a hybrid solution, and this is where “Hybrid Group” was born.

We are committed to providing a hybrid approach to healing and transformation that is holistic whilst focusing on building resilience and improving wellbeing for individuals and organisations.  We all deserve to live happy and more fulfilling lives and we are here to help facilitate that.

Limiting Beliefs & Sabotaging Patterns

We are of the belief that our past sometime develops negative beliefs and sabotaging patterns, which can negatively to our overall success and wellbeing.  This can cause dis-ease in our system and block our ability to progress and reach the level of success we want in life.  When we delve into these beliefs and patterns we have the power to gain new perspective and facilitate transformation.

Self Acceptance, Mindset & Goals

For life to change we must learn how to commit to loving ourselves, this involves creating a landscape of change through our mindset whilst setting incremental goals to achieve this.  We are passionate about working with our clients to facilitate transformation.
