As you become the observer of your mind you will start to realize exactly how meaningless the thoughts running through your mind are.

Most of these take up precious space and clutter up your mind.

When you become the observer and look at your thoughts objectively you then have the ability to do a process of mental sorting.

Deciding which thoughts will stay and which ones will go, will depend on how you want to shape your life.

If you want to create a life by design then you will allow those thoughts that align with that.

Firstly, you want to sweep out all the rubbish, which will allow the space for your mind to deliver thoughts that create the life you want.

The longer you allow the thoughts that are out of alignment to “hang around” the farther away you push your dream life. 

You don’t allow the space for supporting thoughts to flow in.

Instead, you let all that clutter take over your mind, which follows through with emotion and then action.

All that chaotic thought running around in your mind, delivers so much you don’t want.

Let your mind deliver what you do want by giving it the space for allowing through training your mind.

Practice each day becoming the observer, what’s going on in there, clear out the meaningless thought that doesn’t serve you.

Make space.

Allow the purity of consciousness to flow through you, for source to deliver the information you need for your journey.

The right information is hidden behind all the layers of sabotaging and meaningless thought that floats around in your mind. 

It cannot come through and serve you if it can’t get through or it gets caught up in all the garbage. 

Practice discernment of thought.

Have a mental house clean and make the space for the thoughts to come through that support what it is you do want.
